It’s so hard to say goodbye…

Last week, we wished a very happy retirement to our long-time General Manager, Jay Martin. If you had the opportunity to chat with Jay over the years you already know he was truly one of a kind. His motto has always been “treat every customer like family”. That he did! He’s heading to retirement knowing over the last 11 years, he’s provided the best possible experience to every Tower Generator customer he spoke with. We’re incredibly thankful for not only the service he provided to our customers but the laughs and smiles he kept on our teams’ faces. We’ll certainly miss you, Jay!

With big shoes to fill, we’re excited to welcome Tom Tracy to the team! Tom will manage the day-to-day operations at Tower. He began his career in the Army/ National Guard where he developed his operational skills. Tom lives by a similar motto of always treating customers and associates the way you’d like to be treated. We’re looking forward to seeing if Tom can keep up with our office banter and keep our customers laughing. We know he will!
