The Challenge
This homeowner had a 25-year old generator that had been experiencing an increase in repairs and a decrease in reliability. The customer wanted to upgrade the backup power system in order to increase its reliability in case of an outage.
The Solution
After a comprehensive site survey, Tower Generator recommended a new 22 kW liquid cooled generator and 200 amp transfer switch to provide the backup power to his home. As part of the project, we also recommended upgrading the electric panel as it was outdated and prone to failure. Today, everything is new and up to code at his residence! The new power system and electrical will provide the increased reliability that he was looking for.
