Tower Generator is seeking an experienced Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to play a lead role in scheduling the company’s site, electrical and gas teams.

Job Summary
Tower Generator is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to play a lead role in scheduling all the company’s external “Trade” teams along with serving as a liaison between the customer and Tower Generator through every step of the installation process. We are looking for a highly detailed and experienced professional with a strong understanding of balancing customer needs and deadlines.

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of scheduling experience
- Basic, electrical knowledge
- Highly motivated self‐starter, hands‐on, team player that displays deadline urgency.
- Excellent planning, problem‐solving, and communication skills
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environment and able to perform in multiple capacities.
- Strong organizational skills; highly accurate and detailed while skilled at prioritizing capabilities
- Extensive experience with Service Fusion and other scheduling reporting tools, software, and databases
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced excel capabilities
