Job Summary

Tower Generator is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to play a lead role in scheduling all the company’s external “Trade” teams along with serving as a liaison between the customer and Tower Generator through every step of the installation process. We are looking for a highly detailed and experienced professional with a strong understanding of balancing customer needs and deadlines.

Job ​Qualifications

  • 3+ years of scheduling experience
  • Basic, electrical knowledge
  • Highly motivated self‐starter, hands‐on, team player that displays deadline urgency.
  • Excellent planning, problem‐solving, and communication skills
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial environment and able to perform in multiple capacities.
  • Strong organizational skills; highly accurate and detailed while skilled at prioritizing capabilities
  • Extensive experience with Service Fusion and other scheduling reporting tools, software, and databases
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced excel capabilities
