Joe Furey Visits Torringford School

Our Friend and trusted meteorologist, Joe Furey made a visit to Torringford School recently. Our General Manager, Jay Martin’s daughter is a third-grade teacher at the school, so he decided to join the activities! Joe introduced the weather maps and described how he makes his forecast. The highlight of the day was when he introduced them to the Storm Team 8 weather vehicle with all of the instrumentation and camera equipment. Tower Generator is proud to have Joe as our spokesman, and member of the community!
